Controller - remote - NASDAQ listed Technology

Position: Controller - 100% remote - NASDAQ listed Technology Company
Our client is a NASDAQ listed technology company, and they are looking to add a Controller to their team on a full-time basis. The role is 100% remote, and breathes like a start-up / entrepreneurial culture.

You get the benefits of the remote work, good pay and good people but are expected to produce independently remotely. This is a doer + reviewer job.

As the Controller, you are responsible for all accounting and reporting requirements including 10k's and q's, SOx requirements and filings, manage and mentor the work of a Senior Accountant and be an overall business partner.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

CPA [public accounting experience required] with 8+ years relevant experience

Proven success being hands on in an entrepreneurial culture

Good communication skills [written and verbal]
