Position: Remote Senior Bookkeeper at MNP

In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will prepare payroll, monitor GL accounts, and close monthly and quarterly financial reports. Your skills will also be pivotal in identifying areas for efficiency improvements and providing training to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients

• Prepare payroll and related government remittances

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close processes

• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Liaise with clients on bookkeeping matters

Requirements:

• 3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience

• Proficient with cloud accounting software options

• Understanding of corporate tax principles is beneficial

• Experience with desktop packages like Quick Books Desktop

• Certificate or diploma in accounting/business administration is an asset
