Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator in Hybrid Role

This 12-month contract positions you at the forefront of accounts receivable management. You'll coordinate collection efforts, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, and foster positive client relationships.

Your role will involve maintaining an organized AR portfolio while assisting the Finance department with critical reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make collection calls on overdue accounts

• Process billing adjustments and resolve discrepancies

• Monitor and set up new customer accounts

• Establish customer payment plans effectively

• Ensure accurate processing of payments and bank deposits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and collections

• Knowledge of accounting and billing processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Detail-focused with the ability to prioritize tasks
