We’re a growing landscaping company in Canada looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You’ll be helping us manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Handle daily bookkeeping in Quick Books Online (QBO)

Record invoices, expenses, and payments accurately

Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts

Track payroll data, employee reimbursements, and deductions

Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting

Prepare monthly reports and financial summaries for management

Assist with vendor statements and communication with suppliers

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online (QBO)

Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping

Work Hours
Remote | Monday–Friday

Must be available during Canadian business hours (PST)
