Position: Financial Bookkeeper for Payroll & Reports
Join us as a Financial Bookkeeper, tasked with payroll preparation and maintaining essential financial records. This role is based onsite, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately.

Ideal candidates will possess up to seven months of bookkeeping experience and understand payroll processes and account management. Your contributions will support financial transparency and compliance through accurate record-keeping. This position does not permit remote work, ensuring your full commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll cheques for employees with precision

• Keep accurate financial records and ensure account balances

• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements accordingly

• Generate financial reports and other accounting summaries

• Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and trial balances

Requirements:

• Completion of high school graduation certificate

• 1 month to fewer than 7 months of experience

• Familiarity with both manual and computerized bookkeeping practices

• Position requires working on-site

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
