Quick Books Bookkeeper (part-time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quick Books Bookkeeper to join our client's growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who enjoys working independently, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
The successful candidate will have strong experience using Quick Books Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books Online
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Capture and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports and management reports
- Process invoices and supplier payments
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts where required
- Maintain organized digital financial records and supporting documentation
- Liaise with the accountant regarding financial information and queries
- Ensure all bookkeeping is completed accurately and on time
- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience using Quick Books Online (essential)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup
- Experience supporting US-based businesses
- Experience working remotely
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Experience preparing reports for accountants or auditors
- Fully remote position
