Accounts Semi-Senior

Semi-Senior Accountant – Northamptonshire. We’re recruiting for a part-qualified ACA or ACCA Semi-Senior Accountant to join a well-established and growing independent firm of accountants in Northamptonshire.

• Salary c £32K–£35K (depending on experience and ability)

You’ll be supporting a range of owner-managed businesses, with responsibilities spanning:

• Year-end accounts preparation (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies)
• Corporation tax and personal tax compliance
• Bookkeeping and VAT return preparation
• Client communication and relationship management
• Managing your own workflow, billing, and WIP for your portfolio
• Supporting the Practice Manager and Directors as needed

• ACA or ACCA part-qualified (minimum 3 years’ experience in practice)
• A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of your work
• Keen to progress your career in a supportive, ambitious firm
