Monday to Friday, flexible start & finish times
Hybrid:

Due to ongoing success and expansion, our client is seeking a Practice Accountant to join their thriving and ambitious accountancy practice.

- Preparation of statutory financial statements, management accounts and VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong working relationships and conducting local on-site visits to deliver accounting support and guidance.
- Supporting tax compliance and advisory work, including the review of corporation tax returns and undertaking capital allowances assessments.
- Contributing to the training and development of junior team members while collaborating closely with Managers and Partners.
- Using accounting software and technology platforms.
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Prior experience working within a practice environment.
- Experience working with owner managed and family run businesses.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a growing team and engage confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
