Position: Remote Property Accountant Role

This full-time role involves preparing various financial reports, analyzing budgets, and performing essential reconciliations. You'll contribute to Greystar's mission by maintaining accounting integrity and acting as a key contact for audits. Collaboration with other property managers will be critical for achieving accurate client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries for general ledger accuracy

• Conduct thorough budget and expense reviews

• Manage cash transactions and mortgage payments

• Recommend budget levels based on revenue analysis

• Provide audit support and necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiarity with GST/HST processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or One Site

• Excellent time-management abilities
