Limitless Innovation is an open innovation boutique at the intersection of fashion, luxury, and technology. We connect luxury brands with startups, scale-ups, and big tech, managing innovation projects, international events, and acceleration programs. A young, international team (~30 people) between Milan and Dubai, growing fast.
The role
We're looking for a Junior PMO to take ownership of the financial and administrative backbone of our projects. This is a control-and-numbers role at the core of the company: cost controlling, budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and credit collection. You'll work side by side with operations and finance, making sure every project is tracked, every cost is accounted for, and every invoice is issued and collected on time.

Ideal for someone rigorous, organized, and genuinely interested in the administrative and financial machinery that keeps a business running.
What you'll do

- ** Cost controlling**: monitor project costs, track budget vs. actuals, flag deviations

- ** Budgeting**: build and maintain project budgets, support forecasting and planning

- ** Reporting**: prepare accurate, recurring financial and operational reports for management

- ** Invoicing**: manage the full invoicing cycle — issuing, tracking, and reconciliation

- ** Credit collection**: monitor payments, follow up on overdue invoices, manage receivables

- ** Administrative management**: ensure accuracy and order across financial and project documentation
- Hours and resource tracking across projects
- Continuous improvement of internal control processes and tools
What we're looking for
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
- Around 1 year of experience in management control, administration, audit, or project control —
** experience in an accounting firm (studio commercialista), bookkeeping, or a similar administrative-financial role is a great fit** (internships included)

- ** Strong command of Excel
** and confidence working with numbers, budgets, and reporting tools

- ** High precision and attention to detail** — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical, reliable approach
- Good command of English (international environment)
- Proactive mindset, comfortable with digital and AI tools
Nice to have

- Experience with invoicing, accounting, or credit management
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Interest in the fashion, luxury, and innovation world
