Position: Payroll Services Specialist (Part-Time – Remote – 45 hours per month)
Responsibilities
  • Manage outsourced payroll services for a select portfolio of clients
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing using Pay Space
  • Provide client support and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Payrolls range from 10 – 100 employees for a small portfolio of clients
    • Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications with proven experience in a similar role
  • Must have worked in an accounting practice. Previous experience working with foreign currency would be advantageous
  • Experience using Pay Space is essential
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly (remote or office-based)
