Staff Accountant at Clow

As a vital part of the team, you’ll manage daily financial transactions, monitor accounts receivable and payable, and ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions in Accounts Receivable and Payable

• Review invoicing for accuracy prior to customer distribution

• Apply customer payments and manage outstanding balances

• Conduct month-end AR closing with required reporting

• Process intercompany accounts payable accurately

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

• Strong understanding of Canadian accounting laws

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
