Responsibilities
- Full set of accounts
- Management of cash flow
- Submission of quarterly GST
- Management of petty cash
- Management of accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Preparation of payroll/monthly CPF submission
- Submission of yearly IR8A & ECI
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial report
- Ensuring all necessary accounts and records are well kept
- Procurement of office consumables, inventory, materials, etc
- HR functions such as applying/cancellation of work passes, submission of IR21, booking of flights, tracking of leave/MC, etc
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned or required
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI or equivalent
- Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience (candidates with less experience but strong sense of purpose and drive are welcome)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Able to operate accounting software
- Allowed to work from home 2–3 days a week after a 3‑month probation; must also work 2–3 days per week at the office (Jurong West area)
- Nimble and adaptable with ability to multi‑task
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
- Meticulous and detailed
- Ability to work independently
- SGD $3,000 to SGD $6,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Performance‑based bonuses and salary revisions
