This role entails managing daily financial transactions while collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer and an accounting team at another location. Expect to handle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and year-end reporting, all while working 15–20 hours weekly from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processing

• Perform reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts

• Prepare timely journal entries and remittances

• Maintain organized financial documentation

• Assist in year-end reporting data for accountants

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in a related field preferred

• Minimum two years of relevant experience required

• Familiarity with Sage Accounting software

• Strong bookkeeping principle knowledge

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
