Position: Accounts Payable Analyst - Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate vendor invoices for compliance

• Audit employee expense claims for accuracy

• Process payment requisitions and transactions

• Investigate discrepancies with internal teams

• Maintain and upload AP records following procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years in accounts payable, high-volume experience

• Understanding of PO matching and discrepancy resolution

• Proficiency with AP systems and advanced Excel

• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication with vendors and internal clients
