The Billing Coordinator plays a crucial role in auditing invoices while ensuring compliance with service contracts. This position requires effective collaboration with the Financial Controller and Billing Manager to maintain high standards. You will handle billing inquiries and perform various finance-related tasks while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit vendor invoices for accuracy
• Understand and assess hauling service contracts
• Generate client invoices at contracted pricing
• Respond to client billing questions promptly
• Collaborate with the Billing team and Financial Controller
Requirements:
• Accounting-related degree or diploma preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software, Xero preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
