This Temporary Credit Controller opportunity gives you the chance to make an immediate impact within the Glasgow finance team of an established international business, taking ownership of a busy ledger while supporting customers across the UK and overseas.

Your responsibilities as Temporary Credit Controller Manage a busy sales ledger, ensuring outstanding balances are collected promptly. Chase overdue payments by telephone and email across trade, retail and international accounts. Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts, credit notes and returns. Investigate invoice queries, disputes and claims to achieve timely resolution. Build effective working relationships with key customers and distribution partners.

Support month-end reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved. What we're looking for in a Temporary Credit Controller Previous credit control experience within a high-volume B2B environment. Strong account reconciliation skills and confident Excel capability. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Net Suite, Sage or similar. Exposure to multi-currency accounts would be advantageous. Availability to start immediately or at short notice.

Working hours:
