Location: Genf
ACCA Careers recrute pour une régie immobilière emblématique à Genève. Le poste couvre la comptabilité d'un portefeuille d'immeubles en gérance locative et/ou PPE, avec suivi des encaissements et des paiements, et réalisation des rapprochements bancaires.
Vous assurerez les décomptes de charges et les bouclements périodiques, produirez les états financiers et participerez à la clôture annuelle, tout en restant en interaction étroite avec gestionnaires et propriétaires.
