Accounts Payable Administrator

Financial role within the Finance department of Mamas & Papas.

• Maintain accurate Purchase Ledger with Accounts Payable team.
• Create and update supplier accounts.
• Process weekly BACS, CHAPS and Direct Debit payments, ensuring timely supplier payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Assist other finance team members as required.
• Provide coverage for absent team members.

• Experience in Accounts Payable or strong financial education.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and cross‑system working.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle daily interactions.
