About you

Proven experience in a finance or accounts payable environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
People-oriented and results-driven
Ideally, holds a third-level qualification in a financial discipline (desirable)

What you'll do

Process vendor payments and resolve invoice queries efficiently
Maintain supplier records and complete standard reports
Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and handle intercompany invoicing
Respond professionally to vendor inquiries using standard office software
Carry out routine reporting and reconciliation tasks in line with company standards
Manage supplier disputes and assist in resolution processes
