Position: Junior Accountant at CHATS Hybrid Role
Elevate your accounting career with CHATS as a Junior Accountant in a hybrid model in Aurora, ON. This full-time role emphasizes financial operations and meticulous record maintenance.

In this position, you will support the Finance team by processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy of financial data while embracing the organization’s mission to support seniors. Your collaborative nature and attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable, including coding and payment

• Support accounts receivable and monitor client payments

• Assist with payroll administration and benefits

• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit cards

• Prepare journal entries and participate in audits

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 0–3 years of accounting experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

• High organizational and time-management abilities
