MCI Switzerland is looking for a Finance Assistant! We are looking for a Finance Assistant, someone starting out in their professional career – 3 to 5 years’ professional experience.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include- Process bookkeeping and controlling of
- AR & AP invoices
- Credit card expenses transactions
- Bank transactions
- Match invoices with payments
- Prepare payment runs and process supplier payments
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
Follow up on outstanding invoices - Prepare monthly Hub reports, including the review and reconciliation of cash receipts from other offices
- Liaising with operations by resolving all queries
- Support to administrative tasks
- Assist & contribute to preparation on annual and half year closing
- Support internal audits by providing required documentation
- Accounting degree “Diplôme d’aide-comptable”, or proven accounting background
- Knowledge of Swiss accounting and bookkeeping procedures and rules
- Good technical, organisational and analytical skills – work fast and well (no errors in bookkeeping)
- Works well within team environment, but also autonomous (home office)
- Proven experience within similar role is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
- Knowledge of Proconcept accounting system is a plus
- English required (B2)
- Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
- Curious and business oriented
- Multitasks
- Be able to manage priorities
