The role emphasizes 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, focusing on inventory and fixed asset management, reconciliations, and cash flow. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory accounting and shop operations

• Oversee fixed asset accounting and capitalizations

• Support monthly close and financial statement preparation

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Develop financial metrics and dashboards for reporting

Requirements:

• CPA or in progress preferred

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting systems

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
