Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid Role

With a history of excellence, PEAK is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle complex invoicing and collections. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, you'll oversee customer accounts, engage in month-end procedures, and ensure compliance with internal financial controls. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in high-volume, multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post multi-currency invoices and resolve customer inquiries

• Monitor aging AR reports and collections efforts

• Conduct reconciliations to identify discrepancies

• Assist with preparing AR aging reports for month-end

• Support financial audits with required documentation

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of progressive AR and collections experience

• Relevant Bachelor's degree is a strong asset

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Attention to detail with strong independent work ethic
