Texas Sports Academy in the United States is seeking a Virtual Assistant to own our billing operations. This fully remote, full-time three-month contract focuses on invoicing, payment tracking, and family billing communications.
You will issue invoices, record payments, chase past-due balances when needed, and respond to billing questions with clear, professional language. You will maintain clean records and provide weekly status updates to leadership.
