Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client invoicing and cash receipt processing
• Process payroll, contractor payments, and vendor invoices
• Maintain records in Quick Books Online for accurate reporting
• Support month-end reviews and financial forecasting
• Implement improvements for internal financial processes
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Proficient in Quick Books Online and Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and ownership mindset
