Working under the Manager, Accounting, you will be a vital resource in maintaining organized financial records and supporting various accounting functions. Candidates should demonstrate proficient understanding of GAAP and a solid foundation in accounting practices, alongside a commitment to process improvements. This position is integral to our finance team within a multi-entity SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries as per GAAP

• Oversee accounts payable cycle and process invoices

• Assist in bank deposits and reconciliations

• Conduct thorough GL reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with teams for audit preparations and data improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA designation in progress or eligibility for CPA program

• Experience of 3-6 years in relevant accounting roles

• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge, notably Net Suite

• Ability to implement process enhancements in accounting
