Accounts Payable Analyst Remote

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will manage the entire accounts payable process for Trackunit's North American division. Key responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, reconciliation, and supporting internal financial controls. Strong operational accounting skills and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process North American vendor invoices promptly and accurately

• Manage invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare scheduled payment runs adhering to controls

• Reconcile credit card transactions and employee expenses

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and address discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable or related accounting

• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and payment cycles

• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Prior experience with payroll is a plus
