Our client is looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of tax and accounting experience. This role focuses on managing the full-cycle accounting for various entities and ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations. Your expertise will drive strategic decisions through insightful financial analysis in a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for partnerships and corporations

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with tax filing for corporations and partnerships

• Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning

• Liaise with tax advisors to prepare working papers

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred

• 5+ years in accounting and tax environments

• Knowledge of corporate and personal taxation

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
