Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Position

This full-time position seeks a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable. You will be responsible for processing complex invoices, managing payment initiatives, and ensuring vendor satisfaction. Your ability to reconcile discrepancies and adhere to internal controls will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve complex vendor invoices and reports

• Manage 3-way matching and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and conduct weekly payment runs efficiently

• Act as the primary contact for vendor disputes

• Reconcile vendor statements to maintain accuracy

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in Accounts Payable, preferably high volume

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong asset

• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
