Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid Working: 5 days in the office or 4 days in the office + 1 day working from home
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum

We’re recruiting on behalf of a friendly and well-established accountancy practice in the Raynes Park area. You’ll be responsible for managing the bookkeeping requirements of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and delivering a high standard of service.

• Managing bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients
• Processing sales and purchase ledgers
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Working with a variety of accounting software packages
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven bookkeeping experience (essential)
• Is confident using accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, Sage or similar
• Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Can manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Is looking for a stable, permanent position

• Salary of £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience
