Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

360 Canada as a fully remote Accounts Receivable Specialist. Manage retail customer accounts while ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

This full-time position focuses on monitoring cash deposits, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also manage account statuses and escalate any payment-related concerns to management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments and reconcile accounts efficiently

• Monitor customer payments to ensure agreement compliance

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding accounts

• Pursue and escalate past due items consistently

• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Experience with SBT Accounts Receivable software

• Proficiency with MARC System (Computac)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience in macro development is a plus
