Remote Accounting Software Facilitator

Facilitate the deployment of accounting software for OM’s global finance tools. This remote role requires project management and financial expertise to support vibrant communities.

As an Accounting Software Deployment Facilitator, you will enhance OM's newly rolled-out accounting software across its 110+ offices. This volunteer position will focus on implementing Xledger in various OM entities, where you will receive on-the-job training from an experienced team. Your project management skills will help streamline processes and improve financial operations across international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the deployment of Xledger accounting software

• Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones

• Provide support during the implementation process

• Ensure effective communication with diverse cultures

• Assist in training users on new systems

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, ideally in Finance or IT

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong ability to work with diverse personalities

• Flexible time commitment of a minimum of 4 hours/week
