Controller - Hybrid Role

This Controller role reports directly to the President, focusing on the company’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You'll take a pivotal role in supporting financial strategy while enhancing operational performance and capital investments. Engage in modernization efforts supported by new technology and government funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership

• Oversee cash flow and banking activities

• Support modernization and expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred

• 5+ years in financial leadership roles

• Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset

• Knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
