Bookkeeping Specialist - Hybrid Role

We are hiring a Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator with at least one year of experience. In this role, you'll handle payroll processing, manage client records, and ensure timely submissions for taxes and remittances. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping functions and payroll services

• Complete WSIB and HST returns as required

• Handle Records of Employment and T4 preparation

• Directly liaise with clients for service matters

• Assist teammates during various accounting projects

Requirements:

• At least one year of bookkeeping or payroll experience

• Certification in bookkeeping or payroll preferred

• Familiarity with Quick Books Online required

• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
