In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers, handling bank transactions, and ensuring accurate expense reporting for the staff. Your analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will help maintain the efficiency of financial operations while collaborating with colleagues in diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record multi-currency invoices using Quick Books

• Oversee creditor and debtor processes accurately

• Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations

• Administer and input employee expenses

• Meet reporting deadlines effectively

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years relevant accounting experience

• Strong Quick Books and multi-currency familiarity

• Proficient in Excel and overall MS Office suite

• Fluent in written and spoken English, French is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently
