Responsibilities
- Experience with XERO system
- GST submission &Company Tax
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursement claims accurately and timely
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
- Prepare simple financial reports and data entries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on finance-related matters
- Support audit and ad-hoc administrative duties when required
- Minimum of three years' experience
- 4 days in office , PLQ or Raffles Office
- 1 day work from home
- Working hours : 9am to 5.30pm
- Salary :
Depends on Experience
Between $2800 - $3600
