R2R Accounts Administrator Hybrid

The Role

Reporting into the finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the Record to Report function and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and posting journals
• Assisting with month-end close activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing accruals and prepayments
• Supporting financial reporting requirements
• Investigating and resolving financial queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an R2R, finance administration, accounts or assistant accountant role
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good Excel skills
• The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
