Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a Tech company who require a long term Accounts Payable Administrator to be part of their team, this is a hybrid role where the need to drive is required due to the office location

The ideal Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for

• Daily processing and posting of purchase invoices.
• Periodic review of the creditors report and reconciliation of key supplier accounts
• Assisting in preparation of information for auditors in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements across accounts payable activities.
• Carry out ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as requested by the Finance Manager or other senior members of the Finance team.

This role is suitable for someone who has

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using finance or ERP systems preferably Sage X3
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good understanding of invoice processing and supplier account reconciliation.

• Monday
  - Friday with no evenings and weekends
• 15.38 an hour
• 37.5 hour week
• A hybrid working environment with 3 days working from home
