JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain journals and ledgers using double-entry accounting.
- Process and verify daily deposits.
- Count, balance, and consolidate cash receipts.
- Prepare financial reports and accounting worksheets.
- Maintain the central change fund.
- Support payroll-related accounting records.
- Transport deposits to authorized military banking facilities.
- Follow government financial regulations and policies.
- Assist with accurate financial record keeping.
- Previous experience with double-entry accounting.
- Experience using automated general ledger systems.
