The Opportunity We’re working with a reputable and growing firm to recruit a Client Relationship Manager.

This role is ideal for an experienced practice accountant looking to move into a more client-focused, advisory-led position, with the opportunity to build long-term relationships and play a key role in supporting client growth.

The Role You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, providing a mix of accounts, reporting, and advisory support. This is more than just a compliance role, you’ll be working closely with clients, understanding their businesses, and providing practical advice to help them improve performance and plan for the future.

Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of owner-managed and family-run business clients Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts Producing management accounts and financial reports Building strong, long-term relationships with clients Providing clear, practical financial advice Identifying opportunities to add value and offer additional services Supporting clients with business improvement and growth Working closely with Directors and senior leadership Supporting business development through referrals and networking About You
