Haven, part of Bourne Leisure, is seeking an Accounts Administrator for the Owner Accounts team in Hemel Hempstead. The role combines customer service with precise account administration and credit control for up to 10 parks.
You’ll handle site fees, payment queries, and close accounts when owners leave, contributing to a smooth owner experience. You’ll work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office), reporting to the Owner Accounts Team Manager.
