Accounts Payable Temporary

Your new company is an internationally recognised organisation based in the Thurrock area. In your new role as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, including matching, batching and coding invoices.

You will also resolve supplier and internal invoice queries, support payment runs, complete supplier statement reconciliations and assist with general finance administration.

The role requires strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups, to help manage and review data. What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience in a high-volume processing role, ideally within accounts payable or finance, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

You should be confident using Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, and able to work to deadlines in a busy environment.

Own transport is required due to the location, and you must be available to commit to a 3-month temporary assignment. What you'll get in return You will receive an hourly rate of up to £15.00 per hour, a 3-month temporary assignment and hybrid working with 1 day working from home.
