Finance Assistant | Bristol | Hybrid Working | £25,000-£27,000 Are you a recent graduate looking for a role where you'll actually be trusted with real responsibility from day one? What you'll be doing You'll sit right at the heart of the firm's Accounts department, getting hands on experience across a huge range of financial processes, including:
Processing payments from client and office accounts Checking and finalising fee earners' invoices Billing disbursements accurately and efficiently Managing client to office transfers Assisting with consultancy fee claims and consultants' invoices Reviewing client matter balances and investigating discrepancies Promptly clearing residual client account balances Supporting month end processes across the department Handling queries directly from Partners, Legal Staff and Secretaries Helping ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules This isn't a role where you'll be sat in the background.
