Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

Controller – Projects, transformation, and structuring of an accounting department Lévis | On-site with occasional remote work | 37.5 to 40 h/week

We are recruiting for a well-established SME that wishes to entrust its future controller with a central role in the evolution of its finance function.

You will work closely with the owner to structure the accounting department, support upcoming changes, and actively participate in growth projects.

• take charge of accounting operations (do not be afraid to handle operational accounting) and ensure the stability of the department during a significant team transition;
• supervise an accounting team;
• review and improve processes;
• contribute to establishing more structured internal controls, budgets, and forecasts;
• participate in discussions surrounding the evolution of the department, work organization, and system modernization;
• support teams in change and advance projects;
• act as a financial partner to management and external financial partners.
