Part Time Accounts Assistant

Part Time Accounts Assistant required for a newly created stand alone position working for a small friendly but rapidly expanding business based in Birmingham. You will be solely responsible for the day to day transactional processing for the business. Your duties will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses, credit card reconciliations and month end accounting.

My client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant who is able to join the business and work independently. You must be a self starters, be able to work to strict deadlines and ideally have working knowledge of Xero. This is a part time role and my client is very flexible in how the job is done so if you wanted to work 3 full days or 4/5 shorter days as long as the needs of the business are met.
