* Salary of £30,000-£32,000 (dependent on experience)

About you

* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)

* 2+ years payroll processing experience for 50+ UK employees using Sage and Micropay

* 5+ years handling financial data, invoicing, and payments

* Experience reconciling bank statements and analysing data

* Advanced MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft 365

* Right to work in the UK

Nice to have

* Payroll or accounting qualifications

* Irish payroll experience

* Knowledge of ERP systems like Sage, Navision or Business Central

* Credit control or GDPR experience

Other requirements

* Reliable, detail-oriented team player

* Strong communicator with initiative

* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

* Willingness to travel for stock takes as needed

What you'll do

* Process payroll, pensions, and year-end tasks

* Manage customer and supplier accounts

* Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits

* Provide administrative support and promote process improvements
