Eco Online is hiring an Accountant for a one-year parental leave replacement. This position requires a Bachelor’s in accounting and over 7 years of accounting experience.

Your role will involve maintaining transaction records, supporting monthly closings, and performing detailed reconciliations with an emphasis on accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily transaction records and invoice generation

• Execute month-end closing tasks and revenue reviews

• Reconcile monthly deferred revenue balances

• Collaborate with Sales teams for accurate invoicing

• Prepare and submit sales tax returns through Avalara

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of relevant accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Expertise in account reconciliation and problem-solving

• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics accounting software

• Experience with Sales Force is a plus
