Our Client is a leading heating equipment supplier. Due to an increase in contracts, they have an opportunity for an Accounts Technician to join their team. You will be based in the office 1 day per week with the option to WFH 2 days per week
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (pro rata)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Using Xero for processing all financial transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control duties
- Monitor cash flow
- Paying suppliers
- Manage credit limits with suppliers
- Accessing the bank account to pay suppliers on a daily basis
- Payroll NI and ROI for 10-15 employees
- Producing profit and loss accounts
- Liaise with external company accountant
- General administrative duties
Person Specification:
- Experience of using Xero or Sage accounting software
- An accounts qualification in either IATI, ACCA or CIMA
Skills:
bank reconciliations supplier payments credit control profit and loss reports
