Accounts Payable Specialist Remote Opportunity

SOCi is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with over five years of experience in full-cycle AP. This critical position requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, vendor management, and monthly financial reporting support. You will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of our AP operations through effective cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices

• Maintain and verify vendor records accurately

• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs

• Reconcile AP subledger to general ledger

• Assist in 1099 reporting and documentation compliance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of accounts payable experience

• Proficient in US GAAP and Net Suite or similar ERP

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables
